What a cute gem this was! We were looking for a place close enough to the Essex steam train and the New London Ferry and stumbled across Kevin’s listing. It was exactly what we were looking for. For how close the tiny homes are you really do feel private because of how they’re built and set up. It was SO quiet. Not in a negative way, just shocking because of in being an rv park. Perfect for a couple looking to unplug. The kayaking made the whole trip that much more special. We got out on the lake around 8. The water looked like glass and was so calm. 10/10 recommend!!! The solo stove was also a nice touch for the ones who hate smelling the smoke. I don’t have that problem but I know some do. Stay at Kevin’s tiny home!!!

Such a beautiful spot! Waking up with the lake view was amazing and the place was absolutely spotless, cool and comfy. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a “tiny home” experience with beautiful views. Kevin was above and beyond as far as responsiveness goes as I didn’t know the area well.
