Second time staying here and it went just as smoothly as the first time! 10/10 all the way around AND a bonus I didn’t realize earlier, the cabinet in the bathroom has makeup remover wipes! He’s a girls girl fr 💅🏻

Beautiful quiet place to go get away from the city life. Kevin is a great host and very clear with his instructions. Smart TV, Kitchenware, Full bathroom. Everything you need to stay inside if you truly want but also have the option to be outdoors near the lake. Would recommend and already have friends and family wanting to book this Tiny home as well.

This was a beautiful place. I would happily return to this rental if not another one on his property. It was a perfect place to getaway and enjoy a quiet and private scene. Everything was cleaned and the view of the water from the bed was such a nice view to wake up to.

Kevin was a ‘super host’. From the time we booked the tiny house to the time we left. He answered any questions quickly. The place was amazing and just what we were looking for. Kevin's tiny house was such a welcome respite. I was in town to record the audio version of my soon-to-be-released memoir, and this place was such a peaceful and quiet space to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. The window overlooking the lake was everything. I can't wait to come back.

Booked the tiny home with my dog for a few days and it was the perfect quiet getaway. We went for a local hike and checked out some quaint places in Niantic. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the cabin was wonderful. Cooking dinner was easy in the little kitchen. Everything we needed was available in the tiny home without being cluttered. It was a perfect, minimalist couple of days to escape the noise!

First time renting a tiny home and it was well worth it. The host was great and the space was super cute and cozy. The view of the lake and sky was so lovely. It truly was a perfect experience, and definitely the best way for me to unplug. I would be more than happy to rent this spot again.

I’ve used Airbnb for a few years now and I will say, this was one of the easiest and most rewarding stays yet. Check-in was super easy and the tiny home was just like the pictures if not better! I’d like to think I’m a clean freak and could find any minor inconvenience in relation to sanitation but let me point out, that was NOT the case with this home!! Absolutely stunning stay all around, extremely clean and modern. Has everything you need from clean towels and sheets to cosmetic items. Perfect view right on the water and cozy bed! I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a quick get away! Lots of seasonings and pots and pans and several plates. Washer/dryer in the unit and pull out table and chairs. The fire was beautiful alongside the string lights outdoors. Just perfect! I will definitely be back!!
