I absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I walked in, everything was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well thought out. The cabin literally had everything you could possibly need and then some!really appreciated all the little details, like the washer/dryer combo, coffee, tea, seasonings for cooking, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and even soap to wash up with. It truly felt like they thought of everything so you could just arrive, relax, and enjoy your stay without having to run out and buy a bunch of things. And the location? You are literally right on the lake! 🌊 Even though there are other cabins nearby, you still get that feeling of being away from everything. It felt safe, private, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing.The beach area was another highlight. There’s a swing right by the water, and I found myself swinging back and forth like a little kid again! 😂 It was such a simple thing, but honestly, it made the experience even more special. I even got out there and tried my hand at canoeing! 😂 That was an experience in itself, but I had a great time.The entire atmosphere was exactly what I needed quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful. You can truly disconnect, breathe, and enjoy nature.And to top it all off, you’re only about 15 minutes from Niantic Boardwalk, the beach, and downtown Niantic, where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. So you get the best of both worlds — a peaceful lakeside getaway when you want to unplug, but restaurants, the beach, and entertainment just a short drive away. I would 100% stay here again and again, and again! I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway where you can relax, recharge, enjoy nature, and still be close to everything you need. ❤️

I can’t say enough about this tiny house! The scenery is beautiful, the cabin itself is so cute and beautifully decorated. My boyfriend and I loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back!!

Comfortable accommodations with all the essentials. The host was very attentive to all requests which added to our ease to enjoy our visit. We’ll certainly stop in again when passing through!

This was a lovely choice for a romantic short break as summer faded into autumn. The tiny house was beautifully appointed, the “main event” being the picture window by the (comfy) bed overlooking the lake through a birch tree full of migrating warblers. The lake is just big enough for a decent paddle and very clean for swimming. You’re close to Niantic, meaning Long Island Sound, Rocky Neck State Park, and the always amazing Book Barn. Shops and restaurants nearby but you feel nicely isolated in the tiny house on the tiny island.

Enjoyed every part of our stay. Tiny home was very well appointed and clean. Camp ground was quiet and views of the lake were wonderful. Enjoyed canoeing around the lake. Short drive to town for bakery and dinner.
