All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. Had an amazing time. It was such a relaxing stay. 3 days felt like 3 months. So relaxing and close to lots of places to eat and walk. Can’t wait to come back.

Kevin was a great host. Check in was a smooth and easy process and he was very communicative throughout our stay. The place was exactly how it looked in pictures, clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated especially the special touches that made it feel like a home away from home. We definitely plan to stay here again or at one of his other places in the future and would definitely recommend to others!
