House rules

All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. It’s a perfect getaway, just the right amount of space for 2 people, and it’s close to a lot of awesome restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Highly recommend if you are the type of person that likes a little bit of exploring and a little bit of relaxing. Easy to get too, clean and organized, and the pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. My boyfriend and I had a great time!

Beautiful tiny home, one of my favorite stays so far. Host very responsive and sent a paragraph instantly before check-in with all necessary instructions. Will say I would’ve liked maybe a toaster oven and some other utensils. Maybe nit picking and wasn’t NECESSARY lol. Regardless, absolutely perfect stay and I would love to go again !
