All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge. Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. We enforce our cancellation policy. The place was amazing. Stayed in other tiny homes before and this was by far the best experience. Super cozy space, right on the water with your own lake access. Quiet neighborhood. Barely saw any other neighbors and ones we did were very friendly. Plenty of privacy. We came for my wife’s 30th bday and she loved it. Beach 10 min away was great. Lots of good restaurants close by. Had everything we needed, absolutely exceeded expectations.
