- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

What an amazing experience my girlfriend and I had this past weekend! Kevin was a great host. The house was very clean and the landscape was breathtaking. There was a lot around in the area to do. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Loved this tiny home. I felt super comfortable and not cramped at all. There are other units nearby, but it still felt very private and peaceful. Kevin was a great host. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved this tiny home on the lake- and the view was stunning! Very quiet little RV park, the home is set up so it feels private. Enjoyed the available kayaks on the peaceful lake. Lots to do within a short distance. Easy to find and access home and Everything was clean and as described! Would definitely rent here again!
