- All guests must be 21+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - No smoking, candles or any open flames allowed inside. - Any evidence of smoking or vaping tobacco or cannabis products inside the tiny house will result in an additional $100 deep cleaning and deodorizing charge. - Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors. - We enforce our cancellation policy. Please review the policy and consider purchasing travel insurance for greater refund flexibility.

Kevin's place was the perfect home for a weekend get away with my husband. Even though it is a tiny home, it was actually very spacious! We visited during the winter and it was still very warm and cozy inside the house + the view by the bedside was stunning! The home also had everything we needed from kitchen essentials and toiletries etc. It is the perfect place for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature - we would love to come back during the summer time.

I was looking for a cozy beautiful birthday retreat and found just that. The tiny house was beautiful, cozy and had an amazing view to wake up to. Kevin was very responsive when messaged. Next time I'm looking for a quiet getaway, I will definitely keep this stay in mind.
