Any evidence of smoking (tobacco OR cannabis products) inside the tiny house will result in additional $100 deep cleaning charge.
Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Noise travels very easily across the water so please be mindful of our lake neighbors.

Guests have complete access to the entire tiny house with stunning lake view, outdoor patio with picnic table and dedicated waterfront area with Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Guests are also able to enjoy our shared sandy beach with swimming area and boat launching area with kayaks and a canoe!

My husband and I had a great time, the place is so cozy and comfy, exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well organized, and obvious that they put a lot of care and love into this place. The communication was excellent! The location is a great get away and so nice to wake up to the view of the lake. It is also conveniently located, as we were able to get to stores within a few miles and we also were close to the Casinos. This is a gem of a place, one of our favorites, and Kevin and his co-host Carter are the absolute best!

Our stay was beyond what I expected. What a perfect location for a relaxing bf get away. The space was very peaceful and quiet. Restaurants activities are close within walking distance.. Walmart literally 10 mins away. The space not only lovely but comfortable as well. Pretty much all the essentials needed were provided. We were so lucky to have been able to cook and sit In peace outside by the fire. Also really appreciated having dried wood available to us for a small fee. Thank you Kevin we look forward to booking again.
