I surprised my girlfriend with this stay for her birthday. It’s a cozy camper feel with everything you need. The first night we walked around Niantic and went to 374 Kitchen. Our second day we spent walking around Old Saybrook, New London and Mystic and ate at The Shipwrights Daughter. We came at the end of fall so we didn’t swim or use the kayaks but in warmer months that would be a fun time too

My fiancé and I went away for our baby-moon and this was the place to stay! We relaxed SO much, the environment was so cozy, quiet, and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away! Kevin was an amazing host, EXTREMELY responsive and answered all our questions in a timely fashioned! He made us feel so welcomed. We had such a fantastic time and we would certainly love to come again!!

Our stay at Kevin’s tiny home was a perfect weekend getaway. The place was comfortable and relaxing, and the views were gorgeous! It was just a 20 minute drive into mystic and there’s a Costco nearby! It was a great trip, we would definitely go back!

My girlfriend and I love nature so this place was perfect for us, very private and cozy, and it feel so close to nature . The lake was right next to us , this place is postcard picture perfect . The views were amazing in every angle we looked. We just loved this place

Everything was perfect and exactly as listed! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Check-in was easy, and Kevin was great with communication. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again.

Very nice tiny home with a phenomenal view. Easy to find and easy to access. Great for couples or singles looking for a quiet escape with a great bedside view.

We had a great two-day stay at Kevin’s tiny house in East Lyme. The home is modern, very clean, and well kept. The lake is right there with a clear view from the main room, which made it easy to relax.
Kevin stayed in touch and replied quickly to all messages. All amenities were super nice, functional, and as described.The included kayaks were a nice extra and we used them both days. We left with no complaints and would gladly come back. Highly recommend.
Traveled back home feeling at peace, and very happy! Thanks Kevin and team!

Our stay at Kevin’s was lovely and seamless! Finding the location & getting inside was very easy thanks to Kevin’s helpful pre-check in details! The space looks exactly like the presented photos. Everything was so clean and orderly, the space is impressively optimized! The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. We loved the scenery and the view of the water directly behind our cabin was lovely. I would definitely come again!

Kevin's lakeside tiny house was absolutely delightful! My goal was to unplug, enjoy a mini personal retreat, and spend time near the water. The tiny house was exactly as pictured: immaculately clean, both inside and out, and super cozy. There's a lovely beach on-site, and all the Adirondack chairs are super comfortable for settling in with a book or binoculars.
I soaked in the lake views, explored the serene lake by kayak, and even had the pleasure of an up-close visit with a great blue heron who perched on my dock one morning. The evenings were equally magical, with campfires under the full moon.
Kevin is a great host--friendly and accessible. This location is close to everything I was looking for—beaches, wildlife preserves, charming towns, and history. This is truly a great find! I'm already planning my next visit :).

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was perfect for relaxing and ideal for couples looking to unwind. One of the best parts was that we could bring our dog — she had plenty of room to run and walk around, and she loved it! The whole environment was peaceful, with a beautiful lake view that made us want to just sit and enjoy it all day.
We also went out to eat nearby, and both the food and the service were great. Plus, we visited the city aquarium, just about 15–20 minutes away, and it was such a fun experience. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay — we’ll definitely be coming back!
