Kevin’s place was so peaceful & beautiful at a reasonable price. Had everything you needed to enjoy your stay, even a FULL size fridge with a large freezer. The TV was in a perfect spot for late night movies. The views were immaculate & it was only a 3 minute drive into town with everything you need. Kevin’s response time and helpfulness was incredible and I would 100% stay here again if I’m in the area

Great peaceful location on the water. We were able to go out on the kayaks and enjoy the water. Not a ton to do in the area but that’s what we went for to relax and unplug. Local restaurants were great. Also within a short drive to both casinos. Cabins are a bit close together which limits privacy but would stay again if in the area.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Kevin’s property and let’s just say it was beyond sad to leave it. Gorgeous, functional, spacious, thought out, private and an incredibly well built tiny home and surrounding property!!!! We could have sat on the dock for hours and just watched the wildlife and we did. Kayaking around the entire lake was breathtaking. The amenities are fabulous, which included the kayaks we used. The tiny home itself was everything you could need and want for your stay and decorated so tastefully. You can truly see how much pride and hard work he has put into these properties and camp site. Thank you again for your clear instructions arriving and departing and we will definitely be back as soon as we can. It truly allowed us to unplug from the craziness of life, adulting and parenting for a bit!!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!!

Beautiful place, one of the most unique tiny homes I’ve ever stayed in. Incredibly clean, sleek and modern interior and out. The place had everything stocked and was beautifully decorated. The fire pit, chairs and kayaks were great additions. We loved it and were so sad to only stay for one night. Will definitely be back!

Kevin was amazing and very responsive during our stay. We had a slight issue with the tv not working and he came and swapped it out the very next day! Very relaxing stay with a beautiful view of the lake!

Kevin’s place is awesome. Quiet and peaceful setting. Perfect for two people. For a tiny home, it doesn’t feel it. Has everything you need and more. Nice piece of property, right near a beautiful lake. Would definitely return.

The tiny house was just the right size and had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable and right on the water. Everything I needed to know was sent to me in advance. The instructions were clear and concise keyless entry made it nice not to have to carry a key around. My favorite part was waking up to the view through the big window right next to the bed. I definitely will be back.

What a restful 2 weeks.. It was a working stay while I waited to move to Maryland. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The WIFI was nice and strong. I texted with questions and always got a quick response. Even to ask where to buy one of these tiny houses.. lol

Kevin was an amazing host and super accommodating. The place was clean, cozy, and was beautiful staying right by the lake. We used the kayaks every morning which were very convenient and accessible. Would love to come back!
